No. I have a “Cottage Bakery” in my home. Cottage food laws are different in each state. In Michigan, certain baked goods can be made at home and sold, provided the baker follows certain regulations: Proper food safety rules, cleaning/sterilization, ingredients and equipment are separate from those used for household, cannot take orders on-line (only in person/text/phone), and cannot ship.

Orders must by phone/text/email, or in person. No on-line orders are allowed by law.

No, unfortunately, the Cottage food law prohibits that. They must be picked up.  I am willing to meet you within about an hour of my home. Contact me and we can work something out.

Yes! Contact me with your idea/ theme of event, or send a photo of what you’d like and I’ll do my best to match it. If one of my photos inspires you, let me know.
Generally 2 weeks is best, depending on quantity and detail, and what I’m currently working on. Contact me and I can let you know.
My biggest request has been for sugar cookies. If you have a certain flavor you would like, let me know. They taste AMAZING. People tell me they taste even better than they look.
Pretty cookies are nice, but they HAVE to taste great too! Mine are firm, on outside, and soft inside. I add flavoring to the royal icing which compliments the cookie.
Each cookie is heat sealed in a food safe cellophane bag that will keep it fresh for up to 4 weeks. (I’ve tried one at 6 weeks and it was still good- and I’m very critical).
Keeping cookies AIR TIGHT is important. The heat sealed bags are air tight. DO NOT REFRIGERATE COOKIES!  This will dry them out (yuk!)
Cookies CAN be FROZEN. It’s important to put them into an airtight container or Ziplock Freezer bag. They will stay good for up to 3 mo frozen.
To thaw, remove from freezer, and place on a counter, but KEEP in the container/ziplock bag so that any condensation forms on the container, not the cookie.Thaw for 3-4hr. Some dark colors may change after freezing.

I am required to seat seal and label each cookie with ingredients, bakery info, and allergens. If you want to put them on a platter to display, do so right before your event starts- remember, air will make them harden.
If you have extras (yeah, right!), store in airtight container. If you need to soften them a bit ( if they had been sitting out to air), place in microwave for 10-15 sec before eating. Yum. Good as new.
If you choose to place them on a platter to serve, let me know and I can provide a card with the label with ingredients and allergens listed, for your guests information.
No. In order to be truly “gluten free”, my entire kitchen would need to be gluten free.
Minimum order is 1 dozen.
